Garlic Parmesan Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh brussel sprouts
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- sprinkled parmesan cheese to taste
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Cut the brussel sprouts in half, spray a baking sheet with non stick spray
- Spread the brussels spouts out on the baking sheet sprinkle desired amount of olive oil over them (sometimes I just spray olive oil cooking spray lightly over them)
- Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste over the sprouts
- Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 min. When finished shake some parmesan cheese on top and enjoy
