Pico De Gallo

Why buy it when it tastes better homemade? This is the most refreshing snack for summer. Serve with chips, or even on top of a salad.

Ingredients
  1. 3 medium tomatos, diced
  2. 1 small onion, diced
  3. 1 hot pepper, diced
  4. 4 cubanelle peppers, diced
  5. 1 clove garlic, minced
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1 cup cilantro, chopped
  8. 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
  1. Dice onions, peppers, and tomatos. Mince garlic. Chop cilantro. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Serve with pita, tortilla chips, or use as a topping on salads.
