Ingredients
- 3 medium tomatos, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 hot pepper, diced
- 4 cubanelle peppers, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- Dice onions, peppers, and tomatos. Mince garlic. Chop cilantro. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
- Serve with pita, tortilla chips, or use as a topping on salads.
