Simple Teriyaki Chicken

If I’m feeling lazy and don’t want to cook up something complicated this is my go to dinner. I actually crave this on the regular. I wanted to share this simple but awesome dish because not everyone has time to make huge gourmet dinners all the time. Sometimes we need an easy, quick, and delicious dinner for one, am I right?!

Simple Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
  1. 5 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  2. 3 tablespoons La Choy Stir Fry Teriyaki Sauce
  3. salt to taste
  4. pepper to taste
  5. 6-10 Asparagus spears

Instructions
  1. Spray a skillet with non stick cooking spray
  2. Cut the chicken into strips, add salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink inside. When fully cooked, brush on the La Choy Stir Fry Teriyaki Sauce
  3. At the same time, add a little bit of water to another skillet. Cut about an inch off of each asparagus spear and cook in the skillet with water until tender and no longer hard. To brown the asparagus, cook the asparagus longer on high heat. (add minced garlic and lemon juice for a yummy flavor)
