  1. Mrs. Dash seasoning to taste
  2. garlic powder to taste
  3. salt to taste
  4. pepper to taste
  5. sprinkle of olive oil
  1. Thinly slice the zucchini
  2. Spray a baking sheet with non stick cooking spray and place the zucchini on the tray spaced out
  3. Season with the above ingredients to your taste
  4. Sprinkle with a little bit of olive oil
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until soft- take out of the oven slightly before it looks done because it continues to cook on the tray
