Baked Zucchini

Ingredients
- Mrs. Dash seasoning to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- sprinkle of olive oil
Instructions
- Thinly slice the zucchini
- Spray a baking sheet with non stick cooking spray and place the zucchini on the tray spaced out
- Season with the above ingredients to your taste
- Sprinkle with a little bit of olive oil
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until soft- take out of the oven slightly before it looks done because it continues to cook on the tray
