Garlic Parmesan Brussel Sprouts

Never did I ever think I would see the day that I would love brussel sprouts. My mom always made them for me as a kid and I turned my head to them. Now, I’m completely obsessed with this vegetable. This is the simple recipe that got me to love brussel sprouts as a child. Whether you love them, or hate them, give this quick and easy recipe a try!

Garlic Parmesan Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
  1. 12 oz fresh brussel sprouts
  2. salt to taste
  3. pepper to taste
  4. 1 tsp Minced garlic
  5. sprinkled parmesan cheese to taste
  6. Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Cut the brussel sprouts in half, spray a baking sheet with non stick spray
  2. Spread the brussels spouts out on the baking sheet sprinkle desired amount of olive oil over them (sometimes I just spray olive oil cooking spray lightly over them)
  3. Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste over the sprouts
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 min. When finished shake some parmesan cheese on top and enjoy
