Mango Strawberry Cream Cheese Spread

This was actually a beautiful accident. I had originally wanted to make a dip, long story short…I ran out of the ingredients I needed so I whipped this up. At first I didn’t know what to do with it so I tried it on toast and low and behold, I created this fruit cream cheese spread!

Mango Strawberry Cream Cheese Spread

  1. 1 cup sliced mango
  2. 1 cup sliced strawberries
  3. 1/3 stick of Philadelphia Neufchatel 1/3 the fat cheese
  4. 1 cup Non Fat Cottage Cheese
  5. 1 tsp cinnamon
  6. 2 packets splenda
  1. In a saucepan add the fresh fruit and cook over medium high heat. Heat until the fruit becomes a thin pureed-like consistency.
  2. Next, add the fruit mix and all of the other ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a container, put it into the fridge and allow it to cool. Enjoy!
