Exploring Penang; Georgetown, Malaysia

March 27, 2016

Penang is known to be the food capital of Malaysia, and I can now see why. They have such a wide variety of food vendors, cafes, and restaurants. Malaysia is a very artsy, happening town. It is full of street art and hipster cafes. The air smells of incense and Indian food (this is because huge incense are actually burning on every street and you can’t walk a block without seeing Indian street food vendors, or an Indian restaurant. But hey, I’m not complaining. The Indian food is amazing!

Macallum Connoisseurs was by far one of the best cafes I have ever been to!

I’m so glad you posted these pictures! There are so many things I wouldn’t have expected to see in Malaysia. I think you’ve added another place to my list of places to see, haha!
