  1. 1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  2. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  3. 1/2 cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  4. 1 tsp cinnamon
  5. Sprinkle of Wheat Germ (optional)
  6. 2 teaspoons Chia Seeds
  7. Choice of sweetener- I used Splenda (can also use honey, agave, truvia or another sugar substitute of your choice)
  1. Mix all ingredients together and let it sit overnight- Top with your favorite toppings
