3 Ingredient Skinny Onion Rings

Ingredients
- 8 ounces onions (one med-large onion)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs (or fiber one cereal crushed to make it more nutritious)
- 2 egg whites
- * feel free to add, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste
Instructions
- Slice Onion 1/2 inch thick
- Soak for 30 minutes in icewater
- dip each slice in beaten egg whites, then bread crumbs
- add additional seasoning as desired (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion salt)
- bake at 400 degress for 20 minutes
